Boudoir photography is the art of visually capturing beautiful, sensuous images of women. A number of photographers are bringing this form of portraiture back into popularity. Esteemed Los Angeles photographer Cherie Steinberg Coté believes that boudoir portraiture is about empowering women to love themselves and feel great about who they are. Women of any size and shape should feel confident in their own skin—and this type of portraiture can show that off!

This lesson explores boudoir photography from a recent shoot done by Cherie, who shoots weddings and events, portraits, commercial and print, art and architecture, pet portraits, and boudoir portraits.

This lesson is structured as a Question and Answer Interview between Web Photo School editor Kate Fleischmann and Guest Contributor Cherie Steinberg Coté.
