Drop Shadows Made Easy / Wine opener

For many photographers and graphic artists, it is imperative to know how to eliminate the background of an image because it allows greater flexibility when placing elements together in a layout for either print or the Web.

In photo editing applications such as Adobe Photoshop Elements, there are several ways in which to achieve these effects.

For simplicity's sake, this lesson demonstrates some basic, yet effective techniques.
